They do not handle any criminal cases, just civil cases, which include issues such as representing victims of domestic violence, stalking or sexual assault, tenants with landlord/tenant disputes, people with debt problems who are having collection agencies contact them or sue them, consumers who have purchased goods and have issues with the product not working or questions with the financial agreements, homeowners who are struggling to pay their mortgage and are in fear of foreclosure, people who are trying to get or keep public benefits, workers who have been discriminated against, children with disabilities who are trying to get appropriate educational services from school systems or DCS placements, taxpayers who have controversies with the IRS, and seniors over the age of 60 with any of the above problems but also who may be exploited by family members or friends.
